SESSIONS IN BAKEWELL

These will be in a quiet safe space in Bakewell, the heart of the Peak District. Bakewell providing  a place to process our sessions as best suits you. Either by finding a peaceful riverside spot in natural surroundings and/or a bustling market town cafe surrounded by people?

I am also happy to have sessions outside in a more natural setting on the outskirts of town

SESSIONS IN SHEFFIELD

When in Sheffield I work in The Sheffield Wellness Centre. Please feel free to use the link included here for useful information about location and facilities. There are a number of comfortable and suitable rooms we can use for our sessions. In addition there is a Vintage Tea Shop on site!

I am also happy to hold walk and talk sessions in the local parks or the beautiful nearby Peak Distict

SESSIONS IN NATURE

Also called ecotherapy. Here we link our holistic selves with our natural environment. If you find it difficult to put your feelings into words this could be a  useful starting point. We can mix these with other sessional formats if desired and the weather is dismal.

WORKING REMOTELY

Sometimes having a session from the comfort, safety and convenience of your own home may be preferable. We will use online video to make this happen. It might be useful to mix these remote sessions with other sessional formats.
